Mystery and Miracle

Monday June 30th

It's another beautiful summer day in steamy Washington D. C.
Everywhere I go, people are talking about the "mystery" of Tim Russert's sudden death from heart attack. I don't think it's such a mystery. If just keeping one's cholesterol level down, and exercising regularly was enough, I'm sure he'd be alive today. It's not, obviously.

It seems like every day, there's another pointer to diet, and above all, to the importance of magnesium, that comes across my screen. Please read all you can about this important mineral. The best insights I've gotten come from the book PROTEIN POWER LIFEPLAN by Michael and Mary Dan Eades, MDs, copyright 2000, from Warner Wellness books.
Chapter 9, "Magnesium Miracle" although twenty-five pages long, is invaluable. It explains in simple terms the close relationship between magnesium and calcium, and why supplementing with calcium alone can actually make you sicker.

Email me if you want a copy of this....
Thanks.
